Housing Information

• Eligibility:
  Overnight campers must be at least 10 years old.

• Room Assignments:
  Campers will be housed in rooms designed to accommodate 2 individuals.   We do have a couple that will hold 3 individuals.

• Roommate Requests:
  Room assignments are based on age and roommate preferences. To request a specific roommate, both campers must submit a mutual request no later than 14 days before the start of camp. If no request is made, we’ll pair campers with others of a similar age—an excellent chance to make new friends!

• Linens:
  Bed linens are not provided. Campers should bring their own bedding, including a pillow, pillowcase, sheets or sleeping bag, and a light blanket for extra comfort.

• Air Conditioning:
  Dorms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Campers may also bring a personal fan if desired.

• Evening Activities:
  Each evening will feature a variety of fun, supervised activities designed to help campers unwind and connect with others.

• Weekend Stay-Overs:
  Please note that weekend stay-overs are not available at this location.

• Location:
  Campers will stay in Penland Residence Hall and enjoy all meals at the Penland Dining Hall.
